If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this workshop may help you. Recent research indicates that many people continue to experience burnout at work as well as increased anxiety. For some, there is a sense of discouragement, hopelessness, or even despair or depression. The world and the way things work feels like we are standing on shifting sand. It’s hard to adjust!
